Used to drive choppers, levelers or shredders, regardless of configuration, the motors are designed with of state-of-the-art engineering, aiming for high performance and operating reliability. With outputs of up to 50,000 kW and frames from 280 to 1800 (IEC), WEG motors operate with voltages of up to 13,800 V, and they offer two rotor configurations: squirrel cage and wound rotor (also known as wound-rotor motor).
