The MVW3000 Medium Voltage Frequency Inverter has a graphical and friendly HMI, which follows the same programming philosophy used in the low voltage inverter line, the MVW3000 is perfect for a wide range of industrial applications that require speed variation such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyor belts and mills.

For new installations or retrofits, the MVW3000 is an efficient and robust solution that, in addition to speed control for process optimization, still enables energy savings and lower maintenance costs.

	Description WEG introduces the new MVW3000 Medium-Voltage Frequency Inverter. With a friendly HMI, following the same programming concept used in the line of low-voltage inverters, the MVW3000 is perfect for a wide range of industrial applications that require speed variation, such as compressors, pumps, fans, conveyor belts and mills. For new installations or retrofits, the MVW3000 is an efficient and robust solution to control the speed and streamline the process, in addition to reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Main Characteristics Motor voltage: 1.15 kV to 13.8 kV; Motor current: up to 340 A (other current on request); Input voltage: 1.15 kV...13.8 kV; High-efficiency air cooling; Compliance with the harmonic limits of IEEE 519; Fully integrated solution, reducing the system commissioning and start-up time; High power factor (>0.95); Optimized input harmonics, without requiring filters (according to IEEE 519, IEC 61800-3, G5/4-1); The sinusoidal output voltage and current reduce the motor losses, vibration, torque pulsation and motor overheating.
	Standard Graphic HMI Designed to provide full operation, navigation, programming and monitoring of the MVW3000, the HMI uses the same concept used in the low-voltage frequency inverters. It also offers text and graphic view modes with simultaneous monitoring of six variables, builtin Help function, remote installation option, and much more.
Touch Keyboard WEG team for SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is able to add special functions to the MVW3000 by means of software applications exclusively developed for the customer’s application, without requiring external PLCs for its automation, as the MVW3000 itself can incorporate the PLC function. WEG touch screen HMI provides the user with full access to graphic operating data in real time, allowing the control and monitoring of the process variables, verification of the equipment status, generation of variable graphics in local mode (installed on the front door of the MVW3000) or in remote mode (for example: installed on a command panel).
